Our email address may change periodically due to SPAM buildup so we can get to our legitimate inquiries faster. Due to the amount of SPAM we no longer show contact information on every page. We DO NOT sell, give, share, or trade any personal information supplied by our customers. The information given to us is used Only to process your payment and ship out your merchandise. We DO NOT send out bulk mailings. Any email we send is individually addressed, and will clearly show it is from us with clear topic regarding your order or subject you have requested. No, just use the Place Order Without Account option when you checkout. Creating an account will make the checkout process faster on future orders. Only name and address information is saved in an account; NO credit card data is saved in the account record. (Back to top)Are all items shown on the web site in stock?
Only items that are in stock are shown on the site. On rare occasions, we may leave an item shown in stock if we expect it to arrive shortly (usually within a few days). We will email you promptly if an item is not currently in stock. Please make sure we have a correct email address for you. (Back to top)Why did the "Add To Basket" button disappear when I ordered?
Our web site has a basic inventory control set up. If you order the last product in stock, the buttons will disappear and it may display an out of stock message. The detail product page should show the quantity in your basket, and you can continue with your order. You can also display your Basket Contents to confirm that you have selected the product. We will email you promptly if we are out of the item, but in most cases it is just the last one available at this time. (Back to top)Can I order items that are out of stock?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Prompt processing and shipping is dependent on all payment information being verified. (Back to top)How long will it take my order to reach me?
We process and ship most orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Once your payment is verified it takes about 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach you depending on your location. (Back to top)What are the shipping options?
We currently ship only by UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. We no longer ship to Alaska and Hawaii. On most orders, the shipping and handling is based on amount of the order. Heavier and larger products may have additional charges added. We do not have a printed catalog as we change our products frequently. By the time our catalogs came back from the printer, new products would arrive, and other products may be sold out. We try to keep our web site up to date on a daily basis.

ESP plus stands for an Extra Special Place plus Extra Special Products and much more. It also stands for the Extra Special People that visit us, plus many other special phrases. It was much easier to explain in person than it is to put into a document. Our customers could see and feel the caring and pride that we all had whenever we were asked what ESP plus means. Unfortunately we don't have Extra Sensory Perception. That would really be nice. (Back to top)
